
Our Referral Emergency Vet for After-Hours Care


What is a Pet Emergency?
We hope your pet never has an emergency, but we do encourage you to contact us or our recommended referral ER if any of the following happen with your pet:
- Difficulty breathing
- Pale gums
- Lethargic, unresponsive
- 24+ hours of vomiting/diarrhea
- Ingested human medication, rat poison, a choking hazard, etc.
- 24+ hours or more of not eating or drinking
- Limping
- Acting as if in pain (trembling, hunched posture, not getting up or moving, vocalizing)
- Attacked by another dog, cat, or by a wild animal (injuries can be hidden under the coat)
- Unable to urinate or defecate
- Blood in stool, urine, or vomit
