What to do if your pet has a medical emergency:

During office hours: Call the clinic at 512 847-5630 and let us know what type of emergency (hit by car, snake bite etc.) and approximately when you expect to arrive.

After office hours: Call our regular number 847-5630. Our phone is forwarded to an answering service after hours. Give the operator your name, phone number and information on the nature of the emergency. The operator will then page Dr. Sheffield. It is important that you keep your phone line clear so Dr. Sheffield can return your call.
