Every year on the last Saturday in October Wimberley Veterinary
Clinic hosts the Annual Costume Contest for Pets.
There are divisions for both adults and children. The divisions
are split into people showing small dogs and other small
animals, and people with large dogs or other large animals.
There
is a trophy and ribbon for first place in each division.
Throughout the event there are drawings held of additional
prizes.
After the event all contestants are invited to parade
the halls at Deer Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The event is held Rain or Shine!!
Please note: If
your pet is not a patient of Wimberley Veterinary Clinic,
for the safety of all participants please be sure to
provide us with verification of vaccination status.
